- Internals: Cylinder barrel adopts GUOYUE EU/US metallurgical standard CD250 structure. Barrel material: 45#, 42CrMo, or 27SiMn. Bore honed to H8 precision with surface roughness Ra<0.4μm. Heads, base, trunnions, and pistons are exclusively made of 45# steel; no cast iron or cast steel components are used.
- Buffering: Multiple buffering options including fixed and floating buffer structures to ensure effective deceleration across various pressures and speed ranges.
- Welding: 100% ultrasonic impact treatment applied to all pressure-bearing and load-critical welds. This eliminates weld stress (removal rate ≥90%) and significantly enhances weld fatigue strength.
- Sealing: All cylinders exclusively use premium imported seals from Japan NOK, Sweden Trelleborg, Germany Merkel, and GP. No domestic seals are utilized.
- Testing & Certification: Factory testing strictly complies with GB/T15622-2005 "Hydraulic Fluid Power - Test Methods for Cylinders" and internal premium standard Q/GAKY014-2023. Includes provision of factory test reports and product qualification certificates.
- Warranty: One-year warranty from shipment date. Free repair or replacement provided for defects arising from design or manufacturing within the warranty period.

- High Corrosion Resistance: The ceramic coating has stable chemical properties and can withstand corrosive media such as water and air. It has passed the salt spray test in a 5% saline solution. In harsh environments, its service life is 5 to 6 times longer than that of ordinary chrome - plated piston rods.
- High Wear Resistance: The bonding strength between the ceramic coating and the substrate exceeds 30MPa, with a surface hardness of over 850HV and low friction coefficient, which extends its service life.
